LogoAdz welcomes you. LogoAdz provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. This page will always show the most current version of the TOS.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

LogoAdz provides graphical links to websites for purposes of increasing their traffic. By clicking on any graphical link on the home page or tag pages you ewill be taken to that advertiser's website. LogoAdz is not responsible for the contents of external websites or their non performance. Please be aware that LogoAdz may link to websites that contain adult or mature content.We will endeavour to identify (and highlight) links to sites of an adult nature. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and view such areas.

3. RESTRICTIONS TO LINKS

LogoAdz requires that websites linked to through our website comply with the following:

The contents of these linked websites must be legal under U.K or US law. E.g. No hate sites, racial or religios discrimination, Child Pornography, drug selling or any other illegal content.
Sites of an (lergal) Adult nature should be identified when the link is generated. A checkbox (18+ content) is provided.
The linked website must not attempt to install SpyWare ie scripts, software etc or content of an illegal nature on the viewer's computer.

4 LINK IMAGES

The graphical images used for links on LogoAdz must not be of a pornographic or obscene nature. E,g, Boobs and bums are probably ok, but anything explicit, sexual acts, etc are not. If its legal in the Sun newspaper thats fine.
